June and I booked four nights at Cameron House Hotel; my gift to her in celebration of her birthday.
We've been a couple of times before. It's not the cheapest break, but it is pretty luxurious.
We'd booked accommodation within the hotel on those previous visits, but opted - this time - for a Lodge. It was a great choice: the layout was excellent; well appointed with quality furnishings.
But the star attraction (other than June) was the views from Cameron Bay.
I've posted a few here.
These are views of a snow-capped Ben Lomond taken from Cameron Bay in Loch Lomond:
This is a photograph taken looking South West from Cameron Bay. You can see ice beginning to form on the water.
